Rules of Admittance

• Attendees must be at least 18 years old for the entire time they attend the events.

• Attendees are required to present their legal photo ID or passport at check-in time. Your ID details must match the information in our electronic records.

• All attendees are required to follow the Rules of Conduct while at the events. Non-compliance is subject to sanctions.

• The event badge remains property of the organisation until one day after the event ends. If your event badge is confiscated during the event, you may request that it be returned to you at your cost after the event is over. Your request must be received no later than 30 days after the event.

• Copenhagen Furry Club hosts private events and we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or revoke registrations for any reason.

• If a particular event space reaches maximum capacity, Copenhagen Furry Club staff reserves the right to remove people from that space for safety reasons and to deny further access. Copenhagen Furry Club is not obligated to arrange for alternate venues or in any way guarantee access to that particular space for any attendee.

• If you are expelled from the event by Copenhagen Furry Club staff or the venue for any reason, you forfeit any bookings or goods sold to you by Copenhagen Furry Club. You may contact the e-mail below regarding delivery of goods. The delivery may be done at your own expense. Your request must be received no later than 30 days after the event.

Registration and Payment

• In order to take part in the event, you are required to register through our online registration system. Registrations or ticket purchases through any other means are null and void.

• Registrations are subject to screening by registration staff. You will receive an e-mail with all necessary payment information as soon as your registration has been approved.

• We currently accept payments only through Stripe (bank transfers, credit and debit cards and MobilePay).

• All event fees and other optional packages are due within 7 calendar days after your registration has been approved.

• If we do not receive the payment or proof of a payment within 7 days after your registration has been approved, your registration may be cancelled.

• Overpayment policy: In case of overpayment of 25 DKK or less by attendees, this overpayment will not be refunded.

• Your booking is not valid and confirmed until you receive a check-in QR code.

• In case of an attendance cap imposed by national or local authorities making it impossible to accommodate all registered attendees on site, the event reserves the right to cancel registrations. If this happens, the event will endeavour to refund or roll over your registration.

Cancellation/Ticket Transfer

• Tickets (including all fees and extras) are not refundable.

• Tickets (including all extras) can be transferred. Both parties must send an e-mail to contact@copenhagenfurryclub.dk using the email they signed up with to confirm the transfer. Your request must be received no later than 30 days before the event.

• Ticket transfers must be cleared by the event ahead of time in all cases. Any person showing up at the event who is not in our database will not be admitted in someone else’s name.

• In case the event is cancelled due to insufficient attendance, all payments to Copenhagen Furry Club (ticket and extras) will be refunded, with the exception of processing and administrative fees. Any other expenses, such as travel costs or other expenses not with Copenhagen Furry Club, will not be refunded under any circumstances.

• In case Copenhagen Furry Club is cancelled due to exceptional circumstances, such as COVID developments, revocation of venue contract between Copenhagen Furry Club and the venue or force majeure, the event will endeavour to refund all payments to Copenhagen Furry Club (ticket and extras), with the exception of processing and administrative fees. Any other expenses, such as travel costs or other expenses not with Copenhagen Furry Club, will not be refunded under any circumstances.

• If you are unable to attend Copenhagen Furry Club due to travel restrictions, Copenhagen Furry Club is not obligated to refund your payments.

• If you choose to delete your account with Copenhagen Furry Club, any open registrations or bookings will also be deleted. All other conditions regarding cancellation listed here apply.

• Any person found to have engaged in scamming or otherwise profiting off of other attendees through the sale or transfer of a ticket risks expulsion from the event and / or a ban from future events.

Liability

• Except for liabilities required by Danish law, Copenhagen Furry Club will not be responsible for any damage done by or to attendees.

• In no event shall Copenhagen Furry Club be liable for losses or damages occurring outside the venue premises.

• Copenhagen Furry Club does not accept any liability resulting from loss or damage of property.

• While we of course do respect your privacy – Copenhagen Furry Club is not an anonymous event. You will be required to carry a name badge that serves as your admission ticket and identifies you with your nickname, registration number and country. Your nickname may be included in Copenhagen Furry Club related publications such as the website or videos (e.g., as part of the credits, the sponsor listing, etc.).

Copenhagen Furry Club is a registered Danish Voluntary Association (Frivillig Forening) with CVR 45479498.
